A 4-session 1:1 coaching experience for women educators ready to do the deep identity and strategy work of stepping fully into leadership.

Built on the Command. Align. Rise. framework — we go deep on who you are as a leader, clear your biggest blocks, connect your strengths to your goals, and build a concrete 90-day plan.

Sessions are bi-weekly across 8 weeks with email support between sessions.
